Subscriptions
Club membership subscriptions are due by 1 st September and should be paid to the Membership Secretary. Please help the club by paying on time.
Senior Playing Membership is £50 if paid before 1 st October, £60 if paid after but before 1 st November. The "no pay no play" rule applies if subscriptions are not paid by 1 st November.
Family Membership is £40 plus £10 for second child, up to a maximum of £50 in total if paid before 1 st October, £50 plus £10 second child if paid thereafter.
Family Membership with Senior Player is £90.
Important Notice - Senior Team Selection
Selection will be held at the clubhouse after training on Tuesday evenings. Team Captains and their Vice-Captains are expected to attend. All players are reminded it is their responsibility to confirm their availability or otherwise to their Team Captains as early as possible. Any player not contacted about selection by 22:00 on Wednesday should telephone the Rugby Contact Line 07793583063 no later than 10:00 on Thursday.
It is the intention to utilise e-mail and SMS to notify players of selection.
Club Opening Times
The bars are open at the following times:
Monday to Thursday 18:00- 23:00
Friday 12:00- 15:00 & 18:00- 23:00
Saturday 12:00- 23:00/Close (Special Licence may apply)
Sunday 12:00- 15:00
Breakfast is available from the club kitchen on Sunday mornings from 10:00 during the season.
The Clubhouse may be open at other times by arrangement. Monday nights -Gym reserved exclusively for ladies.
All members may use either bar during these times, unless one of the bars has been let for a private function. A notice will be posted indicating that a bar may not be available for the membership.
The partner of any member is entitled to use the facilities of the Club.
Any other guests should be signed in by their host in the guest book which is available on request from behind the bar.

In common with our philosophy of "Team Westcliff", we would actively encourage anyone to attend any coaching session but not at the expense of his or her formal age group sessions.
